Jody L. Johnson, Superintendent
Pointe Educational Services’ founder and president, Jody Johnson, has been dedicated to education in Arizona since
becoming a teacher over 20 years ago. Under Jody’s leadership, Pointe Schools has become an established, nationally
recognized charter with 1,400 students, three schools, and over 100 dedicated faculty and staff. Jody holds a Masters of
Education in Administration and Supervision, a Post-Baccalaureate in Secondary Education, a Bachelor of Arts in
Theatre/Speech with a specialization in English and her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership is in progress. She currently
sits on the Arizona Charter Association’s Advisory board and is a member of the College Board. She has also served on
North Central Association’s Quality Review Team and on the Charter Review Committee for the State Board for Charter
Schools. She and her husband of 24 years are the proud parents of two teenagers.
